The challenge

The Solution

To test this hypothesis, Farm Rio utilized ROI Hunter's Video Template Editor to create a video template that showcased their products dynamically. They conducted an A/B test comparing two ad formats:

  • Static Image Ad (Business-as-Usual): A traditional ad featuring a static product image in the ROI Hunter Template.

This controlled test allowed Farm Rio to isolate the impact of dynamic video content on ad performance.

The Results

The introduction of Catalog Product Videos yielded impressive results. According to ROI Hunter platform, cell with CPV reached:

  • 30% Increase in ROAS

  • 17% Increase in Conversions

  • 15% Decrease in CPA

 

Additionally, according to this Meta Study, the CPV cell reached:

  • 14% Lower Cost Per Conversion

  • 22% Lower Cost Per Conversion for audience between 25-34 years old

  • 3% Higher CTR
